When? Just one more chance to dance this year. A Tea Dance on 27th December from 2pm to 8pm. We’ll have the usual swing music selection, tables out to share food/drinks (no alcohol) and the projector running with video from the 1920s-1990s. No lesson although there will be people on hand to share their latest variations.
And 2025? Yes. there are some dances planned – first Friday of every month starting 7th February.
Where? – The dance is held in a hall at 181 Blues Point Road, North Sydney just moments away from North Sydney Station on the T1 line. There is parking available around the venue too with a car park which you can enter from Miller St right next to the hall (open from 6:30pm).
Cost – $20 for the Beginners’ Lesson and Social Dance (pre-purchased, $25 on the door). I strongly recommend you stay for the whole night – Lindy Hop dancers are welcoming and love introducing new people to the dance and it’s the quickest (and most fun) way to learn.
