Both you and I have the power to take the alternative path – it more than longevity, and it’s not just medication. More good news: everything is in your control already. This website will share all my learnings as I research what can be done (providing the latest scientific results from trials).

However, knowing why to do things, doesn’t make it happen.

That’s why this site is different: it tells you what you can do. Micro-steps towards positive aging. Making a 1% change to your lifestyle every week adds up to a 66% change in a year – that a massive 13X change in five years.

An example: did you know that flossing your teeth (not just brushing but flossing as well) counts as a 1% change?
